Families will be required to provide their own caregiver. A room will be provided for childcare with activities for entertainment during the conference. Children will not be admitted to the conference area during the presentations.
Hotel blocked rooms are limited and are on a first-come-first-served basis. If rooms become full, the participant will be required to arrange their own hotel accommodations.
